1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PolyTrackers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction.

Polymarket's own Terms of Use prohibit US persons from trading. You are solely responsible for complying with Polymarket's terms and all laws, rules, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

PolyTrackers provides an intelligence platform for prediction markets, including whale tracking, analytics, and automated copy-trading tooling.

Features and availability may change at any time.

4. Non-Custodial Service

PolyTrackers is non-custodial. We never hold user funds. You maintain full custody and control of your wallets, credentials, and private keys at all times.

5. No Investment Advice

PolyTrackers provides software tools and market data only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

We do not provide recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any position.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss, including total loss of funds.

Past performance, wallet history, or strategy backtests do not guarantee future results.

7. Technical Risks & Bugs

Automated trading systems may experience bugs, delays, duplicate trades, execution failures, price slippage, or other technical issues.

The service is provided AS-IS. You acknowledge that technical failures may result in financial losses.

PolyTrackers is not liable for losses caused by software bugs, network issues, API failures, infrastructure outages, third-party failures, or any other technical problem.

8. Limitation of Liability

PolyTrackers is not responsible for trading losses or missed opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. AS-IS Disclaimer

PolyTrackers is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining wallet and account security.

You must comply with all local laws and platform terms, understand trading risks, and conduct your own independent research before acting.

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to PolyTrackers at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with at least 30 days notice before taking effect.

Your continued use of PolyTrackers after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
